WHEN: Saturday, January 27, 2024
TIME: 10 am – 12 Noon
WHERE: United Methodist Church of Vista, Upper Level, 490 S. Melrose Drive, Vista, California
WHAT: We will meet at the Church at 10 am, there will be info tables and guest speaker will be San Diego District 5 Supervisor Jim Desmond. At 11 am we will walk roundtrip south on Melrose to Sunset Drive and back. STOP TRAFFICKING signs will be provided or make your own. Children and pets welcome!
WHY: To raise awareness about human trafficking, and bring together organizations and citizens who are helping the fight to end it. This is a free community event; donations are appreciated but not required. Any donations collected on this day will go specifically towards helping women who have been trafficked.
