Soroptimist’s Live Your Dream Awards program is a unique education grant for women who provide the primary financial support for their families. Live Your Dream Awards give women the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects.

We mentor young girls

Through Soroptimist’s Dream It, Be It program, our club works in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Vista, working with girls in small groups to provide them with the information and resources they want and need to be successful and to overcome obstacles.

We fight human trafficking

Through our annual Human Trafficking Awareness Walk each January and our Anti-Human Trafficking Collaborative meetings, our club is active in the fight against modern day slavery.

We hold club fundraisers throughout the year as well as numerous fun personal projects by members to raise funds for our mission of empowering women and girls.

We're a worldwide organization.

Soroptimist International is a global volunteer movement with a network of around 66,000 club members in 120 countries. Advocating for human rights and gender equality, at the heart of Soroptimist International’s advocacy is its work across seven UN Centers, where our UN representatives ensure that the voices of women and girls are heard. Our membership work on grassroots projects that help women and girls achieve their individual and collective potential, realize aspirations, and have an equal voice in communities worldwide.

We support our community

Our club has been chosen twice as one of only three finalists for the Heroes of Vista award in the non-profit category. We partner with other local non-profits that help women in our area. We support our local chamber of commerce and seek ways to support our community partners.
